Development Planning– Strategy for the design and delivery of the Development encompassing the design, planning, contractor appointment, construction. The strategy considers the financing, marketing, sales and leasing as relevant to the development.
Procurement Strategy– Developing a procurement strategy outlining the procurement route to be adopted when considering the development objectives and Client’s risk profile.
