Cygnet Consulting is owned and managed by Stephen Naish, a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience.

After completing a degree in Building Surveying at the University of Westminster with First Class Honours, Stephen went on to hold principal roles at BNP Paribas, Development Securities PLC and Prospect Property Group. He became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1999.

Stephen has a unique and varied skillset and has experience across all areas of the development process. This includes experience in the delivery of a range of different projects, from small scale housing and refurbishment projects, option agreements and planning management, to small and large scale Build to Rent projects.
